Felt Art

Gently wash in warm soapy water, do not wring, or squeeze to much.  Rinse well.  Use vinegar in the final rinse to soften the felt and to rid all the soap from the felt. 

Gently press out any excess water, let drain for a few minutes, then lay flat on floor.  Pull  into shape, let dry flat on floor.

When dry steam iron on wool setting.

Gently wash  wool blanket or felt in warm soapy water, do not wring, or squeeze to much.  Rinse well.  Use vinegar in the final rinse water to soften the wool or felt, and to rid all the excess soap.

Wool blankets can be spun in the washing machine to get out excess water.  Then dry flat.  Steam Iron on wool setting when dry.

Gently press out any excess water from felt and dry flat.  Steam irong on wool setting.
